This policy covers komarlabs.dev, the website you are reading right now. It is short because the site does very little.

Our products have their own policies, because they do more than a web page does. For the game, see the Subsønic privacy policy.

What this site collects

Nothing. There are no cookies, no analytics, no advertising, no trackers, no fingerprinting, and no embedded third-party content. The site sets no browser storage of any kind and runs no JavaScript at all. There is nothing to opt out of, because nothing is switched on.

Third parties

There are none in the page itself. Fonts, images, and stylesheets are served from this domain, so loading this site does not reveal your visit to a font CDN, an analytics vendor, or a social network.

The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services (Amazon S3 behind Amazon CloudFront). As with any website, AWS necessarily handles the network request that delivers these pages to you, including your IP address, in order to route and serve it. We have not enabled access logging, so we do not receive, store, or analyze any record of your visit.

If you email us

Writing to admin@komarlabs.dev sends us your email address, your name if your mail client includes it, and whatever you write. Our mail is hosted on Google Workspace, so Google processes it as our mail provider. We use what you send only to answer you and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not sell it, add it to a marketing list, or use it for advertising or profiling.

This page links to sites we run and sites we do not. Once you follow a link, the destination's own privacy policy applies, not this one.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and since it collects nothing, we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information a company holds about you. For this website the honest answer is that we hold none, unless you have emailed us, in which case we hold that email. Ask us and we will tell you what we have and delete it on request.

Changes

If this site ever starts collecting something, we will update this page and change the date at the top before that happens, not after.
